Daniel Makindu
Description
Daniel Makindu is a digital transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience in implementing software solutions and IT systems across the EMEA region. As President and Co-founder of Aksantys, he oversees the technical quality of all projects and contributes to training and capacity-building efforts, particularly in the fields of digital education and public sector innovation.
Before founding Aksantys, he worked at Samsung as a senior advisor on digital learning ecosystems, supporting large-scale IT transitions in education. He has led over 100 digitalization projects and is highly experienced in facilitating technical workshops, online training, and stakeholder consultations.
At Aksantys, he ensures that digital tools are effectively integrated into educational initiatives, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on usability and impact.

Gülay Korkmaztürk Eroğlu
Description
Gülay Korkmaztürk Eroğlu is a seasoned early childhood educator, school leader, and international project coordinator with over 20 years of experience in preschool education and institutional development. She currently serves as a Project Coordinator at Aksantys, where she is responsible for the implementation of EU-funded education projects, particularly in areas related to early childhood development, inclusion, and digital transformation.
She is also the Founding Principal of Söke Anaokulu, where she has led the school’s establishment, staff development, and curriculum planning. Her educational approach is rooted in child-centred, play-based learning, with a strong focus on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for all children.
Ms. Korkmaztürk Eroğlu has coordinated numerous Erasmus+ projects at both the district and provincial levels, with themes ranging from sustainability and digital literacy to equity in early learning. Her experience includes managing international partnerships, organizing teacher training, and facilitating cross-sector collaboration.

Amed Kakese Panda
Description
A versatile professional with over 10 years of experience in a variety of fields including IT engineering, website design, database management, data analysis and research. Amed holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and New Technologies, and has also completed a number of specialist courses, including data analysis, Python and digital marketing.
To date, he has designed nearly a hundred websites and has actively contributed to numerous community development projects, holding positions of great responsibility. With a solid background in customer support, he has developed excellent communication skills and great confidence in public speaking.
With a rigorous, technical and efficient approach, Amed optimises processes, anticipates needs and proposes innovative and sustainable solutions. His passion for technology, intellectual curiosity and commitment to quality make him a trusted partner for any digital project.

Izabela Marcinkowska
Description
Dr. Izabela Marcinkowska is a senior expert in project design, financial management, and delivery of educational and social policy initiatives. As Financial Treasury at Aksantys, she oversees the organization’s financial planning, ensuring efficient and transparent management of training programs and research activities across Europe.
With over 15 years of experience in managing international projects, Dr. Marcinkowska specializes in the labor market, employment policy, and social inclusion.Â
Prior to joining Aksantys, she served in many think-tanks management boards, where she managed strategic portfolios in demography, labor, and social policy projects, while overseeing the organization’s financial and operational affairs.
Dr. Marcinkowska has contributed to numerous flagship European research and technical assistance projects, including MOPACT, NEUJOBS, ANCIEN, and studies for DG EMPL. Her academic background includes a PhD in Economics from the University of Turin, with a specialization in informal employment, and dual MAs in Economics from the University of Warsaw and CORIPE Piemonte.
She has published widely in labor economics, social policy, and health economics, and is passionate about translating research into practical training programs that support educators, public institutions, and communities.

Dr. Christian Ngazain Ngelesa
Description
Dr. Christian Ngazain Ngelesa is an educator and institutional leader with extensive experience in academic formation and moral care. As an Associate Partner at Aksantys, he contributes to the implementation of educational and community capacity-building projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, drawing on his strong background in ethics, leadership, and higher education management.
Dr. Ngazain holds a PhD in Moral Theology from the Pontifical Alphonsian Academy in Rome, and currently serves as Rector of the Université Omnia Omnibus in Kinshasa. He has also served as Rector and Vice-Rector of the Grand Séminaire de Théologie Saint Jean XXIII and has taught theology for over a decade at the Université Catholique du Congo (UCC).

Francisca Akishi Kafite
Description
Francisca Akishi Kafite is an intern at Aksantys, supporting project implementation and community-focused educational activities. With a background in pedagogical communication, she brings practical experience in both teaching and customer service, having worked as a teacher at Complexe Scolaire Les Élites and as a service agent in the retail sector.
Ms. Akishi holds a Diplôme d’État in Pedagogy and Communication from the Institut Chololo and is committed to strengthening inclusive and community-responsive education. At Aksantys, she contributes to operational tasks, communication outreach, and training support, gaining valuable experience in the delivery of social impact projects.
Fluent in French, Lingala, and Swahili, she plays an important role in connecting with diverse local stakeholders and is developing strong skills in project coordination and youth engagement.

Vainqueur Mbuka Kazwela
Description
Vainqueur Mbuka Kazwela is a young and motivated intern at Aksantys, currently supporting the organization’s work in educational project implementation and administrative coordination. He is pursuing his studies in Management and Development at Université Omnia Omnibus in Kinshasa, building on a strong foundation in general pedagogy gained through his secondary education at Collège Notre Dame du Congo.
Mr. Mbuka has prior experience in classroom teaching through a professional internship and has completed a practical training in information technology at CECONTEC. At Aksantys, he contributes to documentation, logistics, and community outreach activities, gaining hands-on experience in project delivery within a dynamic international environment.
Fluent in French, Lingala, and Kikongo, he brings a strong sense of commitment, discipline, and curiosity to his role, reflecting Aksantys’ values of inclusion, innovation, and local capacity development.
